CCC Programme
New work being delivered through CCC...
Through the Project Strand, CCC will be investing in new projects that allow those young people with least access to opportunity the chance to take part in collaborative work with other young people around the world. This includes young disabled people, young people in care or custody, young carers, young homeless people, young people from difficult socio-economic backgrounds, young people in hospital, or those that for whatever reason might be considered hard-to-reach.

CCC is also developing enabling tools that will support organisations to develop existing international links and create new ones.
